By accessing or using our website, purchasing a membership, or subscribing to our fruit box services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, customers, and visitors.
- Subscribing to any membership means you accept these terms.
- We may update or modify these terms without prior notice.
- Changes will always be reflected on this page.
2. Allergy Disclaimer
- Customers must check their own allergies before consuming any fruit.
- We are not responsible for reactions if an allergen fruit is consumed.
- No liability for health issues caused by known or unknown allergies.
3. Membership & Payment Terms
- MiniBox, LargeBox, PremiumBox plans are non-refundable unless a serious reason is approved.
- All payments must be made in advance.
- Benefits and prices may change; existing members will be informed.
4. Fruit Selection & Seasonal Availability
- Fruit selection depends on daily availability, quality, and freshness.
- No guarantee of specific fruit unless part of Premium customization.
- Fruits may repeat on certain days based on market supply.
- Customization only for Premium members or approved special requests.
- Seasonal fruits appear only in their natural season.
5. Packaging & Box Return Policy
- Boxes are reusable unless a disposable model is announced.
- Return the previous day’s box when receiving the new one.
- Lost, damaged, or unreturned boxes may incur extra charges.
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery timing may vary due to location, weather, or traffic.
- Provide accurate address details to avoid delays or failure.
- Unavailable at delivery time may lead to reschedule or cancellation (no refund).
7. Quality & Handling of Fruits
- Fruits are packed fresh before dispatch.
- Customers must wash and store fruits properly after delivery.
- Natural variations (size, ripeness, sweetness, appearance) are normal.
- Such variations are not grounds for replacement.
8. Cancellations & Pausing Membership
- No cancellation during active term unless a serious reason is approved.
- Pause requests allowed for limited days subject to approval.
9. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal details and delivery information.
- Return boxes daily and handle packaging with care.
- Report any issues with the box within 2 hours of delivery.
10. Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions
- Improper fruit storage by the customer
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect information
- Natural variations in fruits
- Delays due to force majeure (weather, strikes, transport issues, etc.)
Our maximum liability, if applicable, will not exceed the total membership amount paid by the customer.
11. Privacy & Data Use
- We collect name, phone, and address for service purposes only.
- Data is not shared or sold to third parties.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
- These terms are governed by Indian law.
- Jurisdiction for disputes: Pune courts.
