1. Refund Policy
- No refund after membership purchase.
- Refund only in serious / genuine cases approved by our team.
- Daily delivered boxes are non-refundable.
- Refund decisions are final.
- Approved refunds processed within 3–7 working days.
2. Cancellation Policy
- No mid-cycle cancellation unless approved for serious reason.
- Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp.
- No refund for cancellations due to wrong address / unavailability / delay by customer.
3. Membership Pause
- Pause requests allowed for limited period.
- Notify one day in advance via WhatsApp.
- Valid reasons only (travel, health, etc.).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer unavailable at delivery
- Wrong / incomplete address
- Preference-based rejection (size, sweetness, ripeness)
- Delays due to weather / traffic
- Late reporting after consumption
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send WhatsApp message with: Name, Membership type, Reason, Photos (if any).

- Consumption of allergen fruit = We are not responsible for any reaction / illness.
2. Fruit Availability
- Selection based on market availability.
- No guarantee of specific fruit.
- Seasonal fruits only in season.
- Repetition may occur due to supply conditions.
3. Natural Variations
- Ripeness, size, color, sweetness, texture variations are normal.
- Not considered defects.
4. Liability for Storage
- Customer responsible for washing, storing, timely consumption.
- No liability for issues due to improper storage.
5. Delivery Disclaimer
- No responsibility for delays due to weather, traffic, holidays, or WhatsApp issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability limited to total membership amount paid.
📌 4. Return & Replacement Policy

1. Packaging / Box Return
- Boxes are reusable (not single-use) unless stated otherwise.
- Return previous day’s box when receiving a new one.
- Lost / damaged / unreturned boxes may incur charges.
2. Replacement of Fruits
- Only if damaged at delivery.
- Report within 2 hours via WhatsApp.
- Provide clear photos.
- Box should not be partially consumed.
3. No Replacement Provided For
- Taste complaints (sweetness / ripeness)
- Minor blemishes / natural marks
- Size variations
- Late reports (after 2 hours)
- Improper storage after delivery
- Consumed fruit then complaint raised
4. How to Request a Replacement
- Send WhatsApp message with: Name, Photo, Issue description, Delivery time.
5. Final Decision Clause
- Replacement decisions are final and made by 7Bites based on provided evidence.
